There are two ways in which to remove this side marker bulb on the inside of your bumper. Again, this vehicle should've had a belly pan or skid plate underneath it, but this one is missing, which is not uncommon. Once you've removed that to gain access to the inside of the bumper, simply turn the bulb socket counterclockwise, pull it out of the housing, and remove the bulb from the end of the socket.
Install your new bulb, it simply pops in there. Line up those tabs in the housing. Twist it one turn counterclockwise to lock it into place. However, if this bulb is stuck in there, or you're really having a hard time reaching it, you can push in on this tab and pull the side marker completely out of the housing, and follow the same steps to replace it. Stick the back in to lock it into place.
