How to Remove Washer Pump Hose Connection 2009-15 Honda Pilot

Hi, I'm Mike from 1A Auto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years.

We are changing the washer pump on this 2010 Honda Pilot, and we were having trouble pulling this hose off. We were just going to show you how to do it.

There's a lock right here that goes around. What you need to do is, holding the hose here and holding the pump, you need to twist this lock this way, just like that. You see that little slot there. Then you can pull the pump out. There's little tabs in there that when you twist this back, the tabs go in, and they will lock the pump. Twist this lock back, and that pushes the tabs out. Then you can remove the pump.

To reconnect, we're going to twist this back so that the tabs are in there. Then take the pump and push it straight on. Lock it in.
