Okay, lifting one of these cars on the rocker panel, you see the little arrow. You want to use those arrows. That's where you want to lift the vehicle, you want to put the jack underneath the metal pinch weld that's just inside the arrow. You see right there on the front, there's the pinch weld, so you want to jack it up there. You can also jack it up on the sub frame either on the control arms or the metal part of the sub frame there. Jack it up there, then put the jack stands under where the arrows are on the pinch weld.

It's the same thing in the rear. You can jack it up by the control arm and then install the safety stands underneath the pinch weld. Just kind of resetting here, showing you from the back. Put your jack underneath the control arm here and then jack stand under the pinch weld.
