How to Locate Tool Kit 2011-16 Subaru WRX

All right. Let's look in the trunk of this 2016 Subaru WX. Yeah, if you get a flat you're going to want to empty out your trunk and open up this panel. So here the wheel lock kit is being stored which is good, you should always keep the wheel locks with the car because if you have a flat you won't be able to change it.

This is the jack handle that sits in that piece of foam there. If you lift up this foam you've got your temporary spare tire, you've got your lug nut wrench, which is part of the jack handle. There's a nice little screwdriver for you, and I believe this has two ends, yep, so you've got a Philips and a flat head if you need a screwdriver.

You've got your scissor jack. This is your towing eye. You lift this out of here, you can undo this, and you can remove you're temporary spare to install it. So that stuff just sits in there on the foam. If you ever get a rattle from the back of the car you should check, maybe one of these pieces came loose.
