Hi. I'm Mike from 1AAuto. We've been selling auto parts for over 30 years!

There's a Phillips head screw right here. We're going to take a Phillips head screwdriver and take this screw out. Then we're going to grab this panel with two hands and pull down. Then I'm going to pull this release, the adjuster for the steering column down, and then pull this panel out of the way.

Next, we're going to grab this little white piece right here. We're going to twist it to the left, and we're going to pull it down and that is where your bulb is. Then you can take this connector, push down here like that, and pull the bulb off.

To pull the bulb out, just grab it with your fingers and just pull it straight out, just like that. You can replace this, or get a different color bulb and put it in.

To reinstall just take it, and push it in, and line it up. Now we're going to reconnect the connector, line it up, and you can slide this back into the hole. So that goes up like that, and then you twist it to the right. Now it's locked in.

Now we're going to put the lower cover on. Slide this in and get it lined up with the upper cover. When it's lined up, push it together. When it all clicks into place, you'll know it's in. Next we'll take our Phillips head screw and install that right here. Then we can lock our steering wheel column.

Ticking Clicking Noise Coming From Your Engine Diagnosing Collapsed Lifters

Andy diagnoses a top end clicking ticking noise in our Chevy Avalanche! Andy locates the clicking noise to the top driver side of the 5.3L V8 engine, and discovers an intermittent misfire in cylinder 1. After removing the valve cover, he finds a very loose rocker, the source of our noise. He determines the rocker is loose because its lifter has collapsed, meaning it's not pushing up on the rocker when activated by the camshaft. The fault is in the AFM (active fuel management) lifter.
