Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to service one of your license plate lights on this 1998 Honda Civic. The only tool that you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver.
You can lift up your trunk to get a better view and you'll see these two license plate lights each held in with two Phillips screws. We'll just fast-forward as Don removes two of these Phillips screws in this light. Then the light pops right out. On the back of the light, you just twist the socket out, and pull, and then the bulb pulls right out.
You push your new bulb in and you just twist that socket back into the license plate light. Feed your license plate light up into place. We'll fast-forward as Don replaces those two Phillips screws. Then you're all set.
