I found these useless. They are about half the length of the OEM. Wound up using the original ones. I am going to ask for my money back and shipping these back to 1A Auto
Miata shock boots - a bit small

They worked but they seem like they were made for a small strut/shock assembly. They were notably smaller than the OEM boots that came off my Mazda Miata. They fit over the shock shaft but the bottom of the boot did not slip onto the strut housing without using a screw driver and some dish soap. They are on there and I suppose they will work. Easier than returning them and hunting down more.

If youre asking if its necessary to have them or not, no. I felt like it was more for aesthetic than anything else; but if you do choose to have them, your shocks will be kept cleaner from the dust and what not from what Ive seen from using mine. I like to think it also depends on how and where you drive. Just make sure to find a way to really secure them to the shock itself so that they dont slip out of place and just hang there. Ive heard if you use some zip ties it helps them stay put, it worked for me.
