  1. step : Removing the Blower Motor (0:34)
    • Disconnect the blower motor resistor wiring harness
    • Pull the blower motor wiring harness out of its clip
    • Disconnect the bower motor wiring harness
    • Remove the three 8mm bolts from the blower motor
    • Pull out the blower motor
  2. step : Preparing the New Blower Motor (2:09)
    • Attach the foam pad to the new blower motor with contact cement
    • Attach the gasket to the new blower motor with contact cement
    • Put the plastic cover onto the new blower motor
  3. step : Installing the New Blower Motor (2:34)
    • Twist the new blower motor into place
    • Insert the two inside 8mm bolts into the blower motor
    • Insert the outside 8mm bolt into the blower motor
    • Reconnect the blower motor wiring harness
    • Clip the blower motor wiring harness into place
    • Connect the blower motor resistor wiring harness

Works great!
My old blower fan (factory) split down the middle. Got this as a replacement and was not disappointed. This model has a metal washer bit you can see in the picture to help prevent the exact type of split that my factory blower developed. Works great and is maybe 5% quieter than my old blower.
