Vehicle Fit

Our electrical and electronic parts are subject to strict quality control testing. Please ensure proper diagnosis of this item before purchasing as the item cannot be returned once installed or plugged in.

This fuel pump includes a new electrical connector harness. You will need to remove your existing electrical connector and install the new connector provided in order to install your new fuel pump (instructions are included with the pump).

This fuel pump is not a universal fit item. Because your vehicle’s original connector is prone to failure due to corrosion, cracking, loose pin housings, and wire crimp issues, the OE manufacturer has changed the shape of the connector, requiring the install of a new electrical connector during fuel pump service.

    • Use a chisel and hammer to remove the locking ring.

    • Put in the new O ring
    • Place the new assembly in and lock the locking ring in place by turning it clockwise into the brackets.
    • Secure with hammer and chisel.
    • Plug in the new lead and use wire taps to connect the wiring with the old square ended lead.
    • New large black lead connects to the old black lead.
    • New thin black lead connects to old black and white lead.
    • Purple and purple leads connect as do the grey ones.

Wonderful
My stock fuel pump quit on me while driving home from work. I searched and searched on sites like Amazon and couldnt find a good deal. Plus, it is even harder to find the pump that is designed for the 2 door Blazers. I found this for a phenomenal price and it arrived within the 3-5 day time window. All wires matched in colors. All harnesses fit perfectly. I didnt use the gasket that came with it because it was so new I couldnt get the pump to seat, so I used the old one. But, all in all this pump is great. I can now see how much fuel is in my car and it starts up normally rather than hard starting for 5-10 seconds. I am very satisfied. Thanks 1Aauto!

Perfect replacement
This part is a perfect replacement for my blazer. Not only did it come with the pump but it had the fuel level assembly. Which fixed my broken fuel gauge. Blazers back on the road at Less then half the cost of buying it from a local parts store, just had to wait for shipping. Ill be buying more replacement part from here in the future.

Perfect replacement part
The fuel pump assembly was a direct fit and easy to install! The kit did not include a new seal, snap ring, or retainers for the quick connect fuel lines. I reused the old hardware as needed and didn’t have any problems. My fuel gauge works again and the new pump isn’t as loud as the old one was.

There is an O ring made of rubber, this ring was dificalt to install alone. Working with my son, we got the locking ring in place. The pump went in and works well. Be sure to look the, vehicle wiring over real well and leave addiquit wire length to attach the New pig tail plug to the vehicle wires.

Why is the full pump not working ?
Ryan D September 30, 2017
Well it could be old. It might not have fire going to it check and make sure it has fire on the positive side
Billy D September 30, 2017
Most people wire the pump wrong, the diagram the give from spectra says it is a view from the back of the pigtail.
