they are replaced by removing the hinge taking a small file or grinder or Dremel tool and run around the top band where the roller guide is insert the new one take a hammer and Brad the top of it to mushroom it out and it will hold it in place it's easier than it looks

Need to grind off the roller retainer to remove the old roller, then drill / tap the shaft for a bolt & use a bolt / washer to retain the new roller.
