  1. step : Disconnecting the Coolant Bottle (1:05)
    • Make sure the engine is cold
    • Loosen the hose clamps with pliers
    • Separate the two upper hoses from the coolant overflow bottle
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the coolant bottle
    • Have a drain pan ready
    • Pull the coolant bottle up and off
  2. step : Removing a Stuck Lower Bolt (2:39)
    • Remove the Phillips head screws from the inner fender
    • Remove the 7/32 inch bolt from the inner fender
    • Remove the rubber plug from the inner fender with pliers
    • Punch the stuck bolt out with a hammer and punch
    • Pull the coolant bottle up and off, if you haven't already done so
  3. step : Installing the Coolant Bottle (5:24)
    • Put the coolant bottle into place
    • Connect the hoses to the coolant bottle
    • Tighten the clamps with the pliers
    • Fasten the 10mm bolts for the coolant bottle
    • If you punched out the lower bolt, replace it with a new bolt and nut
  4. step : Reassembling the Wheel Well (7:33)
    • Line up the inner fender
    • Fasten the Phillips had screws into the inner fender
    • Fasten the 7/32 inch bolt into the inner fender
    • Push the rubber plug into the inner fender
