does this smooth out constant hop? like sulastic rubber shackle?

no. you need to replace the shackle and bushings. Have to order those direct from Ford. These will quiet the sqeeking if its coming from old hardened ones.

Replacing these would allow for any potential squeaking to be removed, but the hop would be a different component.
