Unfortunately, the radiator I ordered was received damaged in shipment. I notified customer service whom immediately sent me a replacement but it to was damaged in shipment. I would not recommend this radiator unless something is done to protect the cooling fins and tubes in shipment. I DO ABSOLUTLEY APLAUD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE OUTSTANDING WAY IN WHICH THEY RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINTS.

radiator was bent on the side. Went ahead and installed it. Had to have truck. Did not leak. Called customer service first talked to Rose very helpful.

the item was as illustrated and came in as advertised.

Wrong fitting on the radiator.

It is the cheapest on the market. But i had 1 issue, i have 2 trans. Quick connect lines on my radiator same size. One line went in like it is suppose too but the other would not go in what so ever so I had to replace the fitting. I guess they installed the wrong fitting on the radiator. I had to order another fitting which meant my truck was down for that much longer.

Great Product Disappointed In Service

I received the first radiator with a huge hole punched through the box and the radiator core. This could have very easily happened during shipping so not blaming the company for that. I contacted Customer Service who was very quick to respond and apologized for the issue. I was told my new radiator would be inspected, double boxed, and expedited. The first radiator was at my door step in 2 days. The second radiator did not get to my house for 6 days. When I finally did receive it the binding straps were pulled through the box corners, and the core had several places on it that were bent. The radiator fit great but the experience was less than satisfactory from the company side.

Easy replacement. Fit like factory. The reason for the 4 stars is packaging. Wasnt packaged very well for a radiator. Had a pretty good dent in it when I opened it but no leaking so for. Great product though. Highly recommend.

Radiator purchase

Radiator worked great .It had a dent in it from shipping but no leaks .The transmission lines didn't fit they were the threaded kind .I had to take it to a radiator shop to change out the bottom tank with mine .But I'm still happy I didn't have to return it .Thank You for your great service .Im very happy I found a great place to buy my parts and will continue to do business with you .Mr Jesus Garza.
