'02 F250 7.3L PS radiator

Order shipped promptly, rec'd when expected and fit my '02 F250 7.3l without a problem. Only complaint would be the lack of packing to prevent damage to the fins. No damage to mine though.

The radiator installed easily, and works great. The handling of the package during shipping was another story. The box was damaged, and the fins of the radiator were smashed in several places. If I had more time to finish the job, I would have returned it. I pressure tested it, there were no leaks. So I completed the job. I would upload pics of it all, if I knew where.

Ordered a new radiator for my Ford F250 super duty 7.3L diesel 4x4 It showed up 3 days later like expected. Installed it in about an hour and I've put about 2000 miles on it since then without any problems. I have now ordered a few other parts for my truck and for the price and quality of parts, I don't even feel the need to shop around looking for a better deal. It saves me time and money. Great price and speedy delivery,radiator is working with no problems.It has been about a month since I installed it,will have to waite and see how it holds up compared to the factory radiator.My only complaint is like others have said it needs better packaging for shipping.When it arrived both the top and bottom of the box were broke opened,good thing there was banding around the box to keep it in the box.There was a big gouge in the box ,what server gouged the box also putt a deep gouge in the radiator and pinched one of the passages closed and also slightly twisted the radiator.I had to have my truck up and running so I chanced it and putt the radiator in.Got lucky no leaks from the damage.My only complaint is they need to find a better way to ship to insure you get a undamaged product.This is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating.I believe it was shipped out in perfect condition when it left there facilities, but shippers mishandled and abused it in shipping!

I found the best deal on the internet at 1aauto, order the radiator for my 7.3 liter diesel. Upon its arrival on my doorstep the shipping agency had punctured the radiator into locations. I called 1A Auto and talk to their service department, they sent me out a new radiator after it went through their quality assurance Department to ensure it had proper packing to mitigate the shipping agencies rough handling. I received the new radiator within 48 hours!

The radiator was packaged well and delivered with no damage. Very fast 2 day shipping. Fit perfect. The issues I did have was that the bungs installed for the transmission lines were not tightened into the radiator so once installed it leaked bad. Tightened up the bungs and leaks stopped. The second issue is that the inlets for the factory hoses are a fraction smaller so the factory squeeze clamps will not seal the hoses off to the inlet/outlets and you will need to use old style screw hose clamps or they will leak. Overall for the price and shipping I would highly recommend. The items I had issues with are very minor.
