The part was as described. OEM and in sealed packaging from the manufacturer. The part arrived on time and according to the shipping expectations that were given to me at the time of purchase. Customer Service confirmed part number was correct for my 2013 F-150 and price was better then local part stores. Climate control works like new again. Highly recommend 1A Auto for future purchases.

I initially purchased a replacement locally because my fan control became erratic, locking on high fan intermittently. The aftermarket one I bought allowed the fan control to work, but shut off my recirculating function, not acceptable in Arizona in the summer. The OEM part was worth the wait, system is back to normal.

It came with the plastic tab for mounting broken but I was able to juryrig it to mount. It did work ok though.

AC went out. Did some research and heard it could be the ac/heater blower resistor. I was going to buy the cheaper knock off model off Amazon but after much research read that a lot of people who bought the knock off theres broke after a week or so. I installed this one from 1A Auto and my AC started right up and have had absolutely no issues since. If youre looking for a blower resistor for a Ford F-150 this is the one to go with!

My AC and Heat started blowing in full blast no matter what speed It was set at in my F150. After some quick research online and finding possible causes it led me to the this site and this part. I ordered it and it promptly arrived at my doorstep within 48 hours, I was easily able to swap the components within 15minutes and my issue has been resolved.
Do yourself a favor. Buy from the dealership.

Yes, I replaced the part and it worked for a moment and stopped. After checking the pigtail my son noticed a mark on one of the connections. He cleaned and bent the connection and it is now working. My son said I might have to replace the pigtail if it does it again.
