Lowest quality I have ever received. I installed everything myself--mind you, I have been working on cars for years. After a week, I heard creaking and popping on the front end of my Ford Fusion and determined that it was the outer tie rod that had a damaged boot already. So, I called and was sent another one and asked for compensation for the alignment I would have to get done, but I understood and went with what they told me, which was that they wouldn't be able to. A week later, after having them professionally installed this time, the creak is back a week later, and this time, more popping noises. Guess what? The tie rods are torn already! I tried calling to complain, but there was no answer, even after being told by the machine that I would only wait for less than a minute. At this point, I will not try calling and getting a replacement because I have realized that the quality is terrible. As for the reimbursement, I still think I should be reimbursed for the amount that I have (a

Ball joints give out after a year. Had to do the job over again with parts purchased from a local parts store l. No response from customer service email.
