Better ride. consider strut assembly option

I purchased all four struts/shocks for 12 F150 4WD. I didnt not buy the strut assembly and wish I would have. Compressing the springs was pretty tough even with a spring compressor and the added risk wasnt worth the savings. I did have a thread stripping issue on one strut shaft which has created a challenge of how to get it replaced without the potential of it coming apart. 1A did send me a replacement strut at no charge which was nice, but my challenge is still how to safely get the faulty one off and its a lot of extra work for me because of a thread issue. If Id of bought the assembly instead the first time, I could gave avoided this entire re-replacement of a new part. Lesson learned...

Very happy with the price and overall quality of the product. My mechanic was also impressed. Products were as described. Had to return part of initial purchase, my mistake, return was easy and the money was credited back to my card quickly. Will certainly be using 1A again
