The ez of ordering and speed of delivery was worth every penny for these mirrors not to mention the how to install instructions was very easy. A recommended product if youre looking to upgrade your mirrors

I successfully swapped these for equally equipped factory small mirrors on my 2019 F150 with minor modification. They will plug and play if you already have spot lights, puddle lights, and blis, so the spare parts to tap into connectors would not be needed on equally equipped 2015-early 2018. On my 2019 i used the extra wiring to tap into locations #2 and #6 in the connector and wired them to the ambient air temp sensor out of my factory mirror. would be simple for 1A to sell these for late 2018 and 2019 models if they added more instructions. Modifying for the temp sensor was much easier than the process for adding the spot and puddle functions.

shipping was great. Love the added viewing space over the oem mirrors. Was suprised to discover after watching the install video before ordering that it did not come with the 22 to 8 pin pigtails. Was also suprised to learn I could not order said pigtail from A1 Auto. Since I was able to find a pair on ebay I decided to install the mirrors instead of returning them. Was a little suprised to find I needed to install the mounting studs. The mirrors popped right into place. The top covers though are a different matter. The driver side went together with no issues. The passenger side cover on the other hand broke one of the guides and holding clips and one of the clips on the mirror body itself broke off when trying to put it together.... now I have black duct tape holding the cover in place. Can't speak to the actual function yet since my pigtails are another week out. Though I like the mirrors because of the field of view I would not recommend these. I am stuck with them now but, any o

Special Note: These mirrors will only work for vehicles they are listed for with these exact options. If you do not have the options listed or you have a different year or model, these mirrors may not function properly. Our mirrors are intended to be a direct plug and play for the exact options listed. We do not guarantee added options will operate for you if your vehicle does not currently have them.

I think Adam G (staff) misread the question. The original question was asking if this mirror will fit on a 2018 F150, not the 2008 F150.

These mirrors will include a wiring installation kit for models without pre-wired pins for spotlight, marker light, and puddle light. If the vehicle was not originally equipped with power, heat, turn signal, and blind-spot monitoring, then these mirrors would not be correct.

Thank you for your question! Trail Ridge mirrors will typically only work with other Trail Ridge parts, so the OEM light might not be compatible.
