So far , so good. Nice and smooth movement, also very quiet. All sealed bearings are "suspect" on the grease quantity in the assembly. Hopefully, these bearings will last their intended duration. They are made in Taiwan. Hopefully, their factories and "specs" are up to "par" with America's.

How tight should the bearing fit inside rotor?

They should not be so tight that you have to really pound on them to fit but they can require a little bit of effort to get them to slide onto the spindle. When installed there should be no play between the inner surface of the bearing and the spindle.
