Good price / good parts / Amazing video to do it yourself. I'm very satisfied with this company. I will come back should I need other items.

Order was promptly shipped and arrived in only 3 days. The installation went quite well, thanks to the video that was available, there were really no surprises or problems. The replacement mirror fit pretty good, but not quite perfect, it stands off of the existing door face about 1/8 th of an inch greater than the other side original mirror. This was the only item that kept the rating from reaching 5. I was satisfied with the overall product and service, and will strongly consider A1 for my next parts need.

Package arrived on time. Was well packed with no damage. After watching the 1A auto video, it was easy to remove the door panel and follow the instructions to install the mirror and on my way. Very happy to receive a product that was a direct fit and function to keep my older 99 Ford Expedition running and on the road.
