I seldom leave reviews but 1A Auto saved me over $600 on the replacement mirror for my Ford Edge. Dealer wanted $650 for the part and $150 for labor. 1As two minute how-to video was perfect and I had the removal and replacement done in less than 30 minutes. Im no mechanic but reasonably handy! Thank you so much!

Easy enough to replace mirror and works well with one exception. We have "position 1" and "position 2" programmed into system so that my fob sets my "position" for mirrors and seats, and my husband's fob set for his. New mirror doesn't reposition for those settings.

passenger side mirror was super simple. Easier to put in. It came all together. Very satisfied.
Be Careful When Ordering. There are several nearly identical options with subtle differences.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong one online. This item is "Textured Black" (1AMRE03720) but after watching the video, what I found I needed was "Paint to Match" (1AMRE03926). I was able to call 1A Auto and their representative confirmed my mistake, cancelled this order, and ordered the proper mirror. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very refreshing, since so many customer service representatives seem to be hating their jobs lately. 1A Auto is lucky to have her! The paint to match mirror comes with a snap-off cover you can paint to match the vehicle. That part on my original was undamaged when the mirror broke so I was able to reuse it and not have to do any painting at all. The paint to match mirror was also less expensive than the textured black one for some reason so I saved money too! The part arrived quickly and it was very easy to remove and replace. Fits but electronic adjustment doesn't work.

The side view mirror was easy to install and fit perfectly. However, the electronic adjustment does not work properly even after troubleshooting and making sure the plug was aligned correctly. Since I can't be without a side mirror, I decided to keep it instead of returning it, and make any needed adjustments by hand. Oh, well.
