Fairly easy repair. (It didn't make me overheat anyway.) Haha get it...
Product shipped in a very timely manner. This one has plastic on the sides, the one I was talking out was all aluminum.. So it comes with clip bolt retainers and 2 new rubber mounts. I had to run to the hardware store and get new bolts to fit in the clips. Not a big issue but something to keep in mind. It was my first time replacing a radiator and the 1A Auto YouTube channel sure helped for step by step labor process. Overall very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely recommend to others and I'll be a repeat customer!

Dodge radiator
The radiator was cheaper on this site and the video installation was very helpful. A mechanic was going to charge me $463 total, I purchased radiator, hoses, clamps and antifreeze for $200. 1aauto saved me $263, I’m not a mechanic but I can follow instructions very well. Thanks

Great oem match
This was a great match to the oem radiator in my 2006 dodge ram 1500. The how to video was very helpful. I will continue to use 1A auto whenever possible.

Great buy!
This was a perfect fit and works great! The installation video was also helpful. I would recommend this radiator if you need a replacement. It was about half the cost of what they wanted at the local auto parts store. Fast delivery!

Great Value
Was a little skeptical about purchasing this online because the price was almost $100 cheaper than local auto chain stores. Quick delivery, no problems installing it myself, and is running fine. It blows me away that it was less than half the price I would have paid buying it locally. I have this company bookmarked for future needs.

2005 Dodge Ram 1500 - Radiator replacement
Saw the same radiator at my local auto parts store for twice as much as I paid for this one, price is 5 star.
Unit shipped the same day, I ordered it on a Thursday and it got here on Monday (no Sat Delivery, that cost more than the part).
When the part got here, the box looked good, the radiator was sealed with caps and came with mounting hardware. I've never changed a radiator, but I am mechanically inclined; I watched their installation video and it was spot on and very helpful. I also read other reviews from customers that have purchased this particular radiator for a Dodge Ram, someone mentioned that it was "unnecessary to remove the fan before you remove the fan shroud" - so I thought, great, I'll save time and I don't have a wrench big enough to take the fan off anyway. I found out that you cannot remove the fan shroud with the fan mounted - my workaround was taking the 4 bolts off the back of the fan clutch to remove the fan as those bolts are much smaller, this was fairly easy. When I got the radiator out, I put it next to the new one to compare and dang this thing is EXACTLY the same. I made my only other mistake right here, I assumed the hardware they provide (threaded clips) to mount the radiator were the same size as the bolts I have on my truck and they were not. My truck was hit in the front a couple years ago and maybe the auto body shop put a different size clip on there, not a big deal, I just took the existing clips off of the old radiator and put them on the new. Other than that, the radiator looks good and performs well, my temp gauge seems to be running a little cooler, so that's another plus. It was actually a pretty easy job and self-explanatory for the most part (if you have common sense); I would have been pissed if I had paid someone upwards of $500 to do this simple replacement for me, got it all done for less than $150 with anti-freeze and 2 hours of my time (if I did it again right now, it would only take me an hour). Do it yourself, you'll be glad you did...

Note: My radiator blew up because my serpentine belt shredded. I was hoping it was the belt only, so I replaced it and it's a pain in the butt to do with everything in tact. Later, I noticed how easy it would be with the fan shroud, fan and hoses out of the way, wished I waited until that moment to change the belt too! Maybe that might help at least one person...
