To be honest I am never disappointed in my purchases or the assistance I get from 1A Auto. I contacted 1A after I spent more than a month with another company and still had not gotten the part and was exhausted from their service. 1A had the part to me in 3 days and a video in my email same day I ordered. by the time the part got to me I was well versed with the install and was able to complete it in double the time a real man could. Satisfied with 1A

The 1A Auto website did not have a way to determine if these were for my specific model (Diesel Jeep Liberty). I assumed that they were the correct part and they were not. It dropped the ride height of my vehicle in the front by 2 inches. I should have checked further. I took the whole thing apart again to place my old springs on the new shocks and everything is now working properly and at the right height. For the price and ease of order I give three stars. It would have been five stars if the web site would have had a vehicle model selector to help guide me to the correct parts.

Couldnt be happier with the parts I got from 1A Auto. Everything shipped fast and fit perfectly. I get skeptical ordering online cause I like to see things before I buy them, but I couldnt beat the prices so I just ordered them. I will definitely order again when I need more parts. Got upper control arms, ball joints upper and lower, tie rods inner and outer, shocks and struts, and everything fit perfectly. The instructional videos were a great asset as well, step by step and tricks to disassemble and install were key to successfully rebuilding my front end. Will for sure look here first next time I need parts! Thanks 1A Auto!
