The switch didn't solve the problem, I had checked the fuse box and didn't find any fuses related to the windows as blown so I assumed that the switch had done bad. after plugging in the switch and not fixing the problem I took the vehicle to the dealer and they found a blown power fuse in the right hand side of the dash board it apparently supplied power for the front door windows and the two door mirrors. I hope that the master power window switch can be returned.

I called local parts stores and neither of them had the part I needed. One could order it for $170 and the others couldn't even get it. I found the part on 1A Auto for under half the price and had it within a few days. I will not shop local for parts anymore. 1A Auto is much cheaper.

The window switch I ordered for my 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport was a perfect fit, works great and the shipping was fast. I had replaced this switch before (From a different supplier) and after about a year the little plastic tabs you use to operate each window started popping off. This switch seems to be much more sturdy and has a smoother delivery when you operate the windows.

I put one on my wife's 2009 Jeep Liberty. As long as your 2007 Nitro is the same body and trim style it should work. Does it look like the one from your vehicle as far as number of switches etc.?
