  1. step : Removing the Bumper (0:59)
    • Remove the three push pins from inside each wheel well with a trim tool
    • Remove the 10mm bolt from the corner of the bumper on each side
    • Remove the push pins from the belly pan with the trim tool
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the belly pan
    • Remove the belly pan
    • Disconnect the side marker light wiring harnesses
    • Disconnect the fog light wiring harness
    • Remove the four push pins from the top of the bumper
    • Pull the bumper forward and off
  2. step : Draining the Power Steering Fluid (3:36)
    • Raise and support the vehicle
    • Twist off the power steering reservoir cap
    • Have a drain pan ready
    • Put the hose of a hand pump into the power steering reservoir
    • Use a paper towel to hold the hose in place
    • Pump the power steering fluid into the drain pan
    • Disconnect the upper hose from the pump and allow the fluid to drain
    • Remove the hose from the power steering reservoir
  3. step : Removing the Steering Fluid Cooler (5:08)
    • Have a drain bucket ready
    • Loosen the two steering hose clamps with pliers
    • Pull the hoses off the steering fluid cooler
    • Allow any remaining fluid to drain
    • Release the steering fluid cooler clips
    • Pull off the steering fluid cooler
  4. step : Installing the Steering Fluid Cooler (6:22)
    • Line up the power steering fluid cooler
    • Close the steering fluid cooler clips
    • Push the hoses onto the cooler
    • Tighten the steering fluid hose clamps with pliers
  5. step : Installing the Bumper (6:52)
    • Line up the bumper
    • Start the four push pins into the top of the bumper
    • Connect the bumper tabs to the fender slots
    • Push in the push pins at the top of the bumper
    • Install the 10mm bolts at each corner of the bumper
    • Push the push pins into the wheel well
    • Connect the fog light wiring harnesses
    • Connect the side marker light wiring harnesses
    • Lift the belly pan into place
    • Install the 10mm bolts for the belly pan
    • Push the push pins into the belly pan
  6. step : Filling the Power Steering Fluid (9:10)
    • Place paper towels around the reservoir
    • Twist off the reservoir cap
    • Use a flashlight to see the fluid levels
    • Fill the reservoir half full with power steering fluid
    • Lower partial weight onto the wheels
    • Start the engine
    • Turn the steering wheel all the way to each side, several times
    • Add fluid and repeat these steps
    • Lower the vehicle to the ground
    • Add power steering fluid
    • Turn the wheel from side to side several times with the engine running
    • Once the power steering system becomes quiet, turn off the engine
    • Fill the reservoir with power steering fluid
    • Twist on the reservoir cap
    • Clean up any fluid
    • Test drive the vehicle
