First time strut replacement

Ordered front and rear shocks for my 2009 chrysler t & c van. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. After watching several YouTube shows on how to replace the shocks my son and I got to work. Not hauling out the air compressor and gun was a bad idea. If you have one, use it! Long story short, we were done in 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. Having ordered the front shocks with springs already loaded is the only way to go. My sons Tahoe is next and we will order the parts from 1AAuto.

im very desappointed my car work worse than before I have made bad investment I have to buy another better brand at struts and back shock IT rocking up n down in the road the are poor quality the front struts sound blow in the holes even in the small sound pum pumm. this hurting my wallet

My town and country 08 was riding very loose and the shocks are leaking I found this kit and thought what the hell, and I was very happy everything was perfect. My wife wasnt happy with the new ride but its been a month and everything has finally broken in and its a great smooth ride

The front struts work good they stiffened the front end up and improved handling. They were a perfect fit with no installation issues. The rear shock are a different story. They are way too soft and the back end is bouncy but better then it was with the blown out shocks. Just gonna buy a better set of rear shocks at some point

A good value but very disappointing overall. Replaced shocks and struts with 80k miles on them and ride is barely improved. Maybe that's just how this vehicle rides? Still bouncy and wallowy. Disappointing. Will try something else next time.

Front struts are fine. Rear shocks however are terrible. Too much bounce going over speed bumps in neighborhood. Unstable in curves. I threw the original equipment away so now I am stuck with these, but I do intend to replace them soon. Just not safe in my opinion.

The shocks do not absorb the shock they bounce almost as if I had no shocks and I just had springs. The struts changed the way the front end acted. It is hard to keep on the road.

The costs of the kit was priced just right compared to other online auto stores. Install was easy. First couple of months the ride on my 2014 Town and Country was great. After that the quality of the ride diminished gradually. By six months it was plane jane. Can't complain because the name brand was ridiculously priced way to high! My van wasn't making loud or crazy noises so it did the job.

Parts were Easy off, Easy on and the "How To" videos are well made, easy to follow, and straight to the point. THAT is why I shop with 1AAuto. My Local Garage wanted to charge me $1400 to do this, but after Ordering the parts, spending 3 hours doing the work and then back to my garage for an alignment and it only cost me $600 total. BEST DEAL EVER! Prices are the best I have seen on the web and shipping is Fast and the packages arrive intact.

Not a bad project. I ended up removing the upper bracket for the rear shocks on both sides. That seemed the easiest. The front shocks will go much better with 2 people. The videos were super helpful though!

All four. My son and I changed all 4 shocks in 2 hours without pneumatic tools. Be sure to get the front end alignment checked immediately after the installation.

The struts in this listing are only for the front. The rears will take shocks only, and there is likely a spring by itself.
