Condenser Fan Motor
The A.C. quit working on my 2006 Ram, only at stop lights. I figured out the condenser fan motor wasn't turning on. I watched the video on 1A Auto's YouTube video page, bought their fan and installed it. It fit perfectly and the video was awesome!

Fan
I had to modify it to make it fit and it is a pain to put in without completely removing the condenser but it is possible to do it. Working good so far.

2008 Dodge A/C Condenser Cooling Fan Assembly (poor quality)
I purchased the fan assembly because the OEM unit failed after 9 years service & over 100K miles, and I hoped to save some money by purchasing an aftermarket part and installing myself. While the 1A installation videos were helpful, the appearance of a quality product quickly faded after starting the truck with 1A fan installed. A severe vibration could be felt, so I drove truck to local Dodge dealership and paid to have diagnostics performed, thinking it had an unrelated issue. Much to my dissatisfaction, dealership shop confirmed the vibration was coming from the new 1A fan assembly; and stated it was due to unbalanced fan blades from manufacturer. I asked them to check if I had installed 1A unit correctly, which they did confirm. The new 1A unit "functions", but still vibrates severely, so I would not recommend this unit.

Response from 1A Auto
Thank you for the review, Bill. We are sorry to hear that the fan blades were out of balance causing this vibration. This appears to be a defect and would like to offer you a replacement under warranty. Please give us a call at 888-844-3393 during operating hours, which can be seen on our site!
