I used this item on our 2002 Ford Explorer. This item is built solid and works perfectly. I watched the install video and then went to work. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. Shipping was quick. The package shipped same day and arrived within three days. I will be ordering all of my parts from here.

Good price but it will not cancel itself on right turns. Tried to get another swapped out but no luck with customer service.

Good enough
The best part was the detailed video of the installation. Part fit well, easy to install.

However, arm does not go back to regular position after a right turn. The arm clicks but does not move back.

The Turn Signal had issue with clicking back after turn
All the functions of the switch work, except the return click once a turn has been made so that was an issue, however it is too much work to pull it out again and send it back so I am living with it. If anyone else buys it check to make sure that the switch returns to center position after the wheel turns and the turn is complete. I am just dealing with it right now.

how completely incredible
i bought a turn signal lever two weeks ago for my son. He installed it. Did not tell me it would not turn off after a turn. I drove the car a week later to find this problem. Talked with a 1A rep. I was completely surprised. They are sending me a new part without the hassle of returning the bad part .
i will refer and be back for other parts. Thank you

Great price
For me to buy this piece at our local auto parts store was $100 more. I could not have been more pleased with the product. Only took about 15 minutes to install and I have had no problems with it.

My self canceling stopped working on the left turns, is that lever/cam part of this switch or is there another part on the steering column?
