Why pay someone to do it?
At first I was a little hesitant to do the front brake job myself. You never know what you will encounter and once you have it apart theres no turning back. I never heard of Nakamoto but after reviewing their website I decided this would be a go. The parts came 2 days after I ordered them which was a surprise. I watched the video a couple times to make sure I had it all right and then I went to work. The hardest part of this job was breaking loose the big slide bolts and then getting the old router off. Just be patient, they will break free and come off. Once I had those off it was a matter of cleaning the existing surfaces and greasing contacts and then putting it all back together again. It took me just over an 90 minutes to do both front brakes with 30 of those minutes breaking bolts loose and getting the old routers off. Had the car been on a lift it would have been easier but who has a lift at their house? The quality of the router and brake pads appeared to be very good but only time will tell on how well they hold up. I took the car for a spin afterwards and the brakes stopped me on a dime so I feel good about the job. One thing I would recommend is either 1a Auto should include the brake pads kit in with this or you should add it to your order. When taking the old pads out, 2 of my clips broke so a quick trip to the auto store was needed to get four new clips.

lots of wasted time
2012 gmc acadia. replace front rotors and brake pads. rotors were perfect. could not get new pads into the holders. tried everything for about 30 minutes and then took holders back off. it was obvious that the ears on the pads were too long. ground 1/8" off of each brake pad ear and then they fit fine. frustrating. 1A auto usually provides great replacement parts.
