The part I ordered had a defect so I called and I absolutely had no problem with them sending me another one right away. A1 didnt even need the old part back. I received the second part 2 days later and this part was also defected and even tho it sounds bad the management team was very respectful and gave me absolutely no hassle with refunding my money back immediately. Awesome Product

I bought the Valve Cover and installed it myself. I was very pleased with the product everything went well! It was the easiest install I have done under the hood besides an air filter! I would recommend 1AAuto and their products to everyone!

Love my valve cover ever since I got it replaced my cars been amazing. There were fast and steep by step tracking that's a real plus

Not happy at all

The gasket is too raised so it flared out when bolts were tightened. One of the bolts were stripped which I did not notice before placing the valve cover on and of course it was the last bolt I tightened. It is not a good fit, and oil leaks. Waiting to hear about getting a refund or replacement.

Pissed!!

Ohh ya. Received it, brought my car to the garage, had it installed. Next day oil blowing out all over the place, smoke going everywhere. Brought my car back faulty cover!!!!!! Double the part expenses, cause I had to get another one , double the labor at the garage. Super pissed.

1Aauto has excellent customer service. The part I ordered was faulty but they returned me another part at no charge. For anyone who is looking to replace the valve cover make sure to purchase the aftermarket brand over the OEM.

The OEM mold that is making these cover must be faulty, the left end (passenger side flares outward causing leak. This part must be recalled or corrected.

I bought this valve cover just to replace the whole assembly when my valve cover gasket started leaking. But after replacing I noticed it had a very rough idle and was spewing oil out of the PCV valve, as well as the car throwing multiple check engine codes. After talking with customer service about my problem, they offered a full refund with no need to return the item either.

What are the torque specs for the bolts on the cover?

I dont really understand what torque specs are? I just took my car to autozone because I had a engine light on and thats the code they gave me , I YouTubed the code and found out the part I needed and took my car to someone I know that fix cars and he put it on for me... and it was a very simple fix

I found the information, but not sure exactly where other then on-line. It was 71in/lbs for the 1.4L and had a tightening sequence of the 15 bolts, starting with the inner / middle bolts, them to the outside ones. You should be able to look on-line and find it for sure too. Good luck
