I was planning to rebuild my old control arms, but they were original equipment and rusty. To buy the the assembled control arms from 1A Auto was a lot easier and probably saved me a lot of agrivation. Certainly the price was right.

I ordered these because Of the price and reviews they had. I would just like to say I am pretty happy with them. I installed them both within 1 hour. The only down side so far is one of my ball joint boots has a little tear in it so when I grease it up, grease just squeezes out of it. Now I have grease all over my CV shaft, which slings it all over the place. I would recommend these control arms. I dont have many miles on them but the quality seems to be there.

Bought these for my 03 Silverado 2500hd. Ride quality was greatly improved with these installed. Consider buying hardware with the kit as my bolts and camber plates were too rusted to re-use but install was easy other than that and everything fit perfectly.

Fit perfectly, they are not a boxed style upper but still feel sturdy, some might like the boxed frame but this a-arm being open on the underside wont trap road spray and dirt, which caused the stock arms to rust and the right one to break in the wood patch, that was not fun

I'm rebuilding a Silverado 2500hd. Everything I purchased was the right part and was received in perfect condition. The "only" problem I had was my upper control arms was short the grease valve stem. I'm will continue using this company and I highly recommend it to you.

Part seems heavy enough, only thing I hated was that the ball joint stud has a nylon lock nut and not a cotter pin and castle nut.

The pair set came with the ball joint hardware [friction nuts]. You will need to retain and re-use all of the bushing hardware [bolts, nuts, and shims].

My 2004 Chevy Duramax HD had control arms that were worn out. They were original equipment with bearings that were very loose. I had the time and location to change them out myself. Changing them made a very significant difference in the steering and ride performance for my truck. The alignment process can be performed now. I also changed the struts which were not as worn as the control arms.

These will be pre-greased from factory and do not need to be greased. If they come with a zerk fitting then they will need to be greased every oil change!

These will either come sealed with grease that are not serviceable, or they will have a hole for a zerk fitting. If it has a hole then it will come with zerks!
