Chevrolet GMC Driver Side Interior Door Handle TRQ DHA49679

How can I review something I didn't receive? I never received the item I ordered. There was a mistake in the delivery address, so I called immediately to notify 1A auto. I talked to two different people. First person told me to call back in the morning because the order isn't showing up on the computer yet. The next day, the second person helps me and finally says that the information went through, the warehouse that the part is coming from has the new delivery address. I follow the tracking information and see that it's going to the wrong address. I don't care if this is initially my mistake, the problem could have been avoided. At least a1 auto didn't tell me, "this is all your fault!", like autoplicity did.

The door handle assembly that I had purchased was a very good quality. This is the 2nd one I have had to install and the previous one was not as good as this one. I wish that I had know. Sooner about your company and then maybe I wouldnt be replacing this piece within 3 years. Thank you again for a great product and for the low prices and prompt service.

Color wasnt exact, but its probably because myold trim is 20 years old. seems to be high quality. Happy with the purchase.
