First off, what a ridiculous system GM has for these Tahoe/Suburban/GMC SUVs. You have to pull a radiator hose to drain antifreeze and make a huge mess. Other than this replacement bolting right in place with no issues it has...wait for it, a drain plug! Worked great.

I ordered here for 2 reasons. First I called in 2 different times for help confirming the details of the resistor I needed for my H2. Both times the sales reps were polite, and knowledgeable about their products and my vehicle. Second, was the free delivery and the warranty that comes with the radiator. There were some cheaper competitors out there but after factoring in their additional delivery and additional warranty fees they ended up more than 1aauto. The delivery arrived very quick and was a perfect match for my truck. I trust them, their products, and will buy again when needed.

It took about 6 days total for delivery, but the price was good. I actually ordered it because of the how-to video which was well put together and thoroughly explained. My only issue was that I ordered a radiator with oil cooler ports, and my car doesn't have an oil cooler! So I can tell you their return policy is fast and fair as well...

My order arrived six days after it was placed as expected. This radiator came with all the right grommets, fittings and clips! Very impressive! The change out went flawless! No leaks, no runs, no errors! I actually own two 2002, 2500HD's and the very day that I installed this radiator, I checked my other truck and what do you know?! It's leaking too! A crack in the plastic tank at the engine oil cooler line (upper). So, I'm definitely ordering another of the same!

I pulled the leaking radiator out of my truck and within an hour had the new one installed without any issues, it fit perfect and everything hooked up just like it should. So far, so good. Radiator keeps the truck nice and cool, with no leaks now.

Shipped in good condition. I did not check the Oil and Transmission cooling line connectors before installing. Drove vehicle, and noticed a leak and realized the connectors were not tightened and seated properly. Had to do a partial re installation to tighten the connectors and fix leak. That was a drag. Otherwise part is working as intended !

Product was above expectations , shipping was faster than fast. Only issue was the packaging. This came in a box with only Styrofoam on ends not wrapped or padded in center. Whenreceiced box was pretty beat up no fragile markings ect. It was in one piece with only minor shipping damage that company claim as normal and not covered under warranty. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.

Purchased this for my 2011 Suburban. The packaging was great, the radiator arrived undamaged and ready to install. I was pleasantly surprised that the oil and transmission cooler fittings came complete with the clips. The fitment was perfect and the video on the 1AAuto youtube channel was a huge help for order of operations. After 9 years the old unit had a cracked tank and was partially clogged. The new unit lets the truck run cooler and keeps the fans quiet.

After removing the deer from the front of my faithful old silverado I amazingly discovered the need for a new radiator. I am no mechanic, but after watching the 1A auto I decided to give it a try. Ordered the part from 1A,simple good web site. The part arrived well packaged and in good condition. A couple of hours later plus some anti freeze I'm back on the road. I have a trailer tow package as well, it worked fine for me on my 2004 2500 Hd 4x4 6.0 motor. Watch a few video's to see how the lines unclip, mine had 4 hard lines two on each side, transmission and oil coolers. Hope this helped.

Yes it is. I have a GMC 2500 with tow haul mode and I pulled my 12000# camper 1500 miles in the summer heat running the AC with no issues at all. Temp stayed normal even pulling big hills.
