step : Removing the Wheel and Tire (0:56)
- Loosen the lug nuts
- Raise and support the vehicle
- Remove the lug nuts

step : Removing the Brake Caliper (1:25)
- Remove the two 17mm bolts from the brake caliper
- Pull off the brake caliper
- Hang the caliper aside with a bungee cord
- Remove the brake pads

step : Removing the Brake Rotor (2:25)
- Remove the two 21mm bolts from the caliper bracket
- Pull off the caliper bracket
- Pull off the brake rotor

step : Preparing the Brakes (Preparing the Brakes)
- Tap the brake pads out of the brake caliper
- Pry the brake caliper clips off the caliper with a flat blade screwdriver
- Clean the caliper and clips with a wire brush
- Apply brake grease to the clips
- Pull out each caliper slide
- Clean each caliper slide
- Apply brake grease to each caliper slide
- Clean the wheel hub surface with a wire brush
- Apply brake grease to the hub surface
- Slide the new rotor onto the wheel studs backwards
- Clean the rotor's contact surface with brake cleaner

step : Installing the Brake Rotor (8:45)
- Slide the rotor onto the wheel studs
- Slide an axle nut, if one is available, onto one wheel stud
- Thread a lug nut onto the wheel stud to hold the rotor in place
- Put the caliper bracket into place
- Insert the 21mm bolts into the caliper bracket

step : Installing the Wheel and Tire (11:32)
- Slide on the wheel
- Start the lug nuts by hand
- Lower the vehicle to the ground
- Tighten the lug nuts to 100 foot-pounds of torque
