To remove a worn or damaged brake pedal pad, simply peel out the folded part at the back. Really only need to do this on about half of it, and then push it up and remove it.
Your new brake pedal pad, you'll need to kind of bend to stretch over the corners, and you're good to go.

So it's time to get going on this brake pedal pad. As you can tell, ours is severely worn down and we definitely don't wanna wait until there's any metal. To get this off just use a nice pocket screwdriver, and you're gonna come along the backside and you can see this ridge. Underneath the ridge, there's actually an area where the metal part of the brake pedal is gonna be. So we're just gonna try to get under there, peel it up and away. Slide it right off.
I'm just gonna start on one side and I'm gonna roll the lips over the edges of it. And if you needed to, you could use your pocket screwdriver from the backside to help it along. Get it as close as possible. And now I'll use my pocket screwdriver, like I said, just to help the little edges up and over the lips. That one is on. Careful not to poke yourself, obviously. Okay, it's super important to make sure that it's completely wrapped around the whole entire brake pedal along that whole lip. This feels good. It's not shifting around in any way. Take it for a road test.
