Incomplete order
I was impressed with the ordering process, speed of shipping, and price. Unfortunately, the pads were not delivered with the order so with the truck on jack stands, and the temperature at 97 degrees, I had to send my wife to town to find pads locally at a much higher cost. This is just sloppiness in your shipping department.
