Premium Positive Molded Brake Pads Features and Benefits:

  • The very same manufacturing process the original equipment manufacturers use
  • High density friction material for long pad life
  • Less resin content virtually eliminates brake fade and glazing
  • Reduced dusting for both Ceramic and Semi-metallic materials
  • Quality multi-layered shims and pad chamfering provide smooth and quiet braking
Positive Mold Technology

Positive Mold Technology improves durability and performance by allowing for even wear. High density, low resin friction material virtually eliminates brake fade and glazing, generates less brake dust, and promotes a longer-lasting , better performing brake pad.

OE Grade Multi-Layer Shim

OE Grade Multi-Layer Shim helps reduce vibration and noise

Environmentally Compliant

Certified Environmentally Compliant to "Better Brake Law" standards

Thermal Scorched

Pre-burnishing or "Thermal Scorching" is the final curing step in quality ceramic brake pad manufacturing. The brake pad's surface is heated to remove any uncured bonding agents and to stabilize the friction material to accelerate the break-in process and enhance stopping performance from the first stop.

Zinc Coated

Zinc Coated to help reduce rust and corrosion for a longer-lasting and better looking rotor

"True" Non-Interference Vane Design

"True" Non-Interference Vane Design retains the structural integrity of the rotor

CNC Cross Drilled and Slotted

Precision-Rounded End Slots are machined to remove brake dust and expel gasses during hard braking

Cross Drilled Holes improve ventilation and cooling for less brake fade and more positive stopping power

    • Pry off the center cap with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Loosen the 22mm lug nuts with the vehicle on the ground
    • Raise the vehicle with a floor jack
    • Secure the vehicle on jack stands
    • Remove the lug nuts
    • Pull off the wheel
  2. step : Inspecting the Brakes (1:11)
    • Turn the rotor by hand or turn the steering wheel to turn the rotor
    • Check the thickness of the brake pads
    • Check the brake pad wear indicator
    • Check for gouges on both sides of the rotor
  3. step : Removing the Brake Pads (1:48)
    • Remove the 13mm bolts from the brake caliper
    • Pry the brake pads into the caliper with a flat blade screwdriver to push in the pistons
    • Pull the caliper aside
    • Pry the brake pads off with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Remove the brake pad slides
    • Clean the slides with a wire brush
    • Apply anti-seize fluid or white grease to the slides
    • If only changing the pads, continue to Step 6 and install the new pads
  4. step : Removing the Brake Rotor (2:40)
    • Remove the 21mm bolts from the brake caliper bracket
    • Pull off the brake caliper bracket
    • Remove the T30 Torx screw from the rotor
    • Pull the rotor off
    • If the rotor will not come off, tap it with a hammer to loosen it
  5. step : Installing the New Brake Rotor (3:35)
    • Slide the rotor on
    • Thread on one lug nut to hold the rotor in place
    • Clean the rotor with brake parts cleaner
    • Put the caliper bracket back into place
    • Start the 21mm bolts by hand
    • Tighten the bolts to 100 foot-pounds of torque
  6. step : Installing the New Brake Pads (5:01)
    • Push the slides on
    • Put an old pad in the caliper
    • Use a large C-clamp and the old pad to push the pistons back
    • Install the new brake pads into the bracket
    • Put the caliper on
    • Thread bolts by hand
    • Tighten bolts to 35 foot-pounds
  7. step : Reattaching the Wheel (6:44)
    • Slide the wheel into place
    • Start the lug nuts by hand
    • Tighten the lug nuts preliminarily
    • Lower the vehicle to the ground
    • Tighten the lug nuts to 100 foot-pounds in a crossing or star pattern
    • Reattach the center cap
  8. step : Testing the Brakes (7:18)

Wrong part
Ordering and installation videos were very helpful.. Unfortunately after ordering 2 performance rotors and pads, I received the correct brake pads and four of the WRONG rotors...mistakes happen I understand.. but trying to resolve this has been a pain in the rear.. no one answers the customer service or the return phone numbers...meanwhile I was forced to buy at the local overpriced auto parts. ..I will continue to call hopefully they'll answer
