The alternator worked fine after installation, however the pivot hole had to be opened up to fit the mounting bolt. this was the first time I ever had to do something like that. There was also a small bracket that holds the wire harness that did not fit. I had to file back some material to make it fit. All other parts that I have purchased from 1A Auto have always fit with no modifications. I was a bit disappointed.

Thanks 1AAuto!
Purchased the alternator and Power Steering Pump at the same time, since it was necessary to remove the PSP to replace the Alternator. Quick delivery. Parts fit perfectly. Intersectional video was super helpful. Appreciate that they showed their replacement not just falling out. Mine did, but good to be prepared if it resisted.

We have not heard of any ongoing issues, but after some time of usage the bearings of alternators tend to fail.
