Should You Purchase This Nakamoto Ceramic Brake & Rotor Kit for Acura CL and Honda Accord?

This Nakamoto brake kit replaces your front and rear brake pads and rotors to bring back your original stopping power. The OE grade alloy and finish of these rotors is designed to ensure smooth braking. These aftermarket ceramic brake pads are molded to improve durability and to reduce dust build-up.

This brake pad and rotor kit comes with disc brakes and rotors for all four wheels for your 1998-1999 Acura CL or 1998-2002 Honda Accord and is not designed to fit other years, makes, or models. Buying a kit ensures easy fit and even braking eliminating the need to mix and match all the parts.

Brake pads periodically need to be replaced because they wear with use. If you hear a squealing sound when you press on your brake pedal, it may be time to replace your brake pads. Brake rotors can also wear out, but not as quickly as pads. A stuck brake caliper or driving too long on worn brake pads may put gouges or scratches in the brake rotor or even warp the rotor. If that happens, you’ll need to replace the rotors, as well.

Replacing your brakes can take some time and effort but is achievable for most DIYers. You can even replace your brakes in the comfort of your own driveway with the right tools. Check out the “How-To & Tools” tab for a video on how you can save money doing the repair yourself.

Premium Positive Molded Brake Pads Features and Benefits:

  • The very same manufacturing process the original equipment manufacturers use
  • High density friction material for long pad life
  • Less resin content virtually eliminates brake fade and glazing
  • Reduced dusting for both Ceramic and Semi-metallic materials
  • Quality multi-layered shims and pad chamfering provide smooth and quiet braking

Made a Complete Difference
Putting them on was a breeze (taking my old stuff off was the hard part), and they made a world of difference. I would recommend getting this full set, as I'm glad I did.
