Ordered this as it appeared to and was deemed compatible with my truck. Received and installled and the button for folding mirrors didnt work. While the description states that this is for telescoping mirrors, beware that this will not work for mirrors that only fold. And 1A doesnt stock the master switch for just folding. Now Im out $66. My bad for not clarifying the compatibility, but want to make sure others dont make the same mistake I did.

Just installed tow mirrors that extend electronically. Found this switch on line and it works great. The original switch only retracted the mirrors, this one also extends the tow mirrors without having to do it manually.

I have a 18 f150 without power folding defrost and telescoping mirrors! Just ordered new tow mirrors with all the options. Will this switch allow me to operate all those functions?

This switch will only include the power-folding button, it will not complete the power-telescoping feature.

Push the button below and to the left of the arrows and it lights an LED on that button. With the light on, the up and down arrows fold the mirrors and the left and right buttons extend and retract them.

Its the same button - when you press that button and engage that mode, the directional button folds or unfolds the mirrors by pressing up and down, and extends or retracts them by pressing left or right.
