These are plug-and-play mirrors for models that came with power, heated and turn signal mirrors only. There is not additional wiring to add features.

Does the mirror have to temperature sensor built in? I read that the passenger side has the sensor for the temperature readout in the cab.

This pair will not include the temp sensor. This mirror only supports power, heat and turn signal.

Hey Cristian! I didnt originally have the mirror turn signal option so mine are not working. To get mine to work I would have to take the vehicle into the dealer and have it installed. You might want to youtube the mirrors. There is a way of going into the harness and pinning the wirings into the harness.

If you do not have turn signal in your truck then you would need to see if your Dealer and add that feature or buy on of our upgrade kits.

Currently have power mirrors only, no heat or turn lights. Will this mirror w/ power and heat work? Will just the power work? Don’t care about heat.

Yes the power and heat both work. I have an LT so not wired for the turn signal but the mirrors are wired properly.

Mirrors should be replaced in an "option for option" fashion. If your mirrors do not have the same options that are listed in our listing, then the mirrors will not function and/or plug in properly. These will not be correct on models that have power only. The pin set up in the plug will be different on these mirrors than the original ones. This is a plug and play for vehicles that have the exact same features as the original. Thank you for your inquiry!

The power will work but if you want heat or turn signal will most likely need to add the circuits from the door jam to the mirror connector. That is what I had to do I add turn signal (all ready had power and heat)
