Looking at the recepticle on the back of the switch block and the recepticle in the truck, they don't match. is there a harness needed? My truck is '16 f250 sd diesel

Is the wire harness there if the truck didnt come with switches originally?

It was an option on my truck but wasnt installed so the harness was there. Its on the firewall above the accelerator.
