Product worked as it should. No issues. Shipping and tracking of the product however was difficult. I had to phone to have them look up where it was in the shipping process. Eventually got to me though.
Repair of tailgate

The tailgate was locked and the car lock did not operate to open it. The actuator and new latch did the trick. It was easily replaced. I also learned how to open the latch manually since only the window would open and not the entire tailgate. Part was delivered to my home in a few days.
