These couldn't go on any easier. I did it with common hand tools and it took approx 30 mins a side. What a diifference in the ride. I didn't realize how weak my springs were. I am thankful I replace everything! Extremely Satisfied !!

I needed a replacement pair as my car is a 2010, the parts came quickly, had a tracking #. I paid around $156 for mine, the installation was simple, thankfully they have videos on their site to better assist you. The mechanic shop was going to charge me $600 as a "good deal". I am 32 years old and somewhat mechanically inclined, but I am not a trained mechanic. These parts came pre-assembled and the instructional video that the guys at 1A have put out leaves nothing to chance or for you to wonder. If you have the right tools, and the desire, you can do this swap out fairly quickly. These products are great and this company is great for helping us "common folk" with saving money. I can't explain how much I respect a company that puts out quality products, with proper instruction to help it's customers. I'll be a 1A guy for life.

One of the strut assemblies came without one nut; be aware that the original nuts call for a 14mm wrench; these ones came with 15mm. Good fit, delivery was fast enough. Will review performance in a few weeks

I was really hesitant to buy a part from this website due to the price. It surprised me until I talked to one of the representatives and he mentioned to me why the price was low. Just replaced both original front struts on my 2007 Honda Civic (170K miles) with these. Perfect fit and installation was fairly painless. Helps to watch the 1A installation video prior to starting. I was able to replace mine using simple hand tools. Metric socket/ratchets etc. along with floor jack & stands. Car drives & handles much better now. I also replaced the sway bar linkage on both D&P sides at the same time since I was under there anyway and I ordered them from 1A also for about $30. Wanted to complete all this prior to installing new tires. Would definitely recommend. I had previously ordered & installed lower ball joints on same vehicle earlier his year so the front suspension is very solid now for a total cost of about $260 for all parts from 1A auto.

Pats came in packed real good ,quality of the parts is great and easy to install i've had them installed on my car for like 4 months and they have been performing great. I recommend buying from A1 auto any time.

The TRQ struts with the attached springs have worked for the most part. The boot on one assembly was all stretched out of shape, as if it was heated and pulled on. I dont believe the assembly should have been sold in this shape. Other then that the struts seem to be good.

The strut and spring assembly makes the job much faster to complete. The only small complaint is that the new nuts require a different size than the original.

The struts were very easy to install when I followed to video. The well thought out video also gave some suggested tips that proved to be very helpful. I installed the new one and i could immediately feel the improved ride. I will definitely use A1 Auto again.

Catastrophic failure after less than a year.

1a auto was great, shipping and customer service was awesome. Installation was a breeze. However, after less than a year one of the shocks completely failed, the top popped off and next thing I knew the entire shock/stut was ramming into the bottom of my hood. Barely made it the few blocks home. Just a catastrophic failure. Not sure if it was a quality control failure or what but I wouldn't buy this brand again.

I was hesitant at first to get this set but I'm glad I did, from start to finish the whole job took less than an hour and that included replacing the outer tie rods on both sides. Quality seems to be alright but time only will tell. It definitely saves time and money when replacing the struts as a kit, five bolts and removing the brake lines per side is all it takes, such a simple and easy job anyone with very little to none mechanical experience can get tho job done, plus save you tons of money by not having to take the vehicle to a shop. I have replaced struts where I need to re-use the springs and having to compress those is not an easy job and very time consuming. From now on I will just buy the whole set and replace the whole thing, save money, time and effort.

These struts are specific to coupe model Civics without the SI model. The coil springs would have a separate manufacturing.
