Easy to understand and replace mirrors.
My Sienna has a motor and signal light on it but very expensive, so I purchase this item only has mirror direction adjustment and heater. There is wire hanes difference but easy to figure it out.
Anyway, the replacement instruction is excellent, step by step easy to understand. Wonderful job!

Works Well
Considering the savings on these over OEM they're great. They installed easily. Careful with the threads on the mounting screws. Don't damage them on install and inspect them before you begin. My only complaint is that the glass on the driver side mirror vibrates some when idling. Also, there is more wind noise while driving than OEM.

Excellent replacements
I am very pleased with these new mirrors. They were easy to install, especially with the video play-by-play. They work perfectly.... for positioning and defrosting.

I had read prior reviews about the mirrors shaking at high speed, but I have not experienced this. Aside from the black color (the originals were painted blue like the van body), I honestly can't detect any difference from the originals.
