Great service,shipping,fit and finish,but unsatisfactory dampeningin the front struts

I got the struts quickly enough, thev looked fine, the install was easy, but the ride was sloshy like an old Buick .My Mazda Seed 6 handled better with the old front struts .I would like to return them.I have been a mechanic for 40 years , these are the worst new shocks,struts I have ever installed

Ive bought many parts from 1auto all working great. First time i bought these made my mazda 6 feel worse than before, i got them quick and they were easy to install however, the ride quality was harsh and stiff i felt every single bump on the road. But at the least the handling wasnt affected by them.

Because of time constraints we have only the rear shocks. There is a big difference and a much smoother ride. Will edit once the fronts are installed. The only issue we had was on the left rear but that was due to the car itself. Very simple to install.
