Window Regulator
Came faster than expected, installation almost went smooth. There was one bolt hole that did not quite line up with the door hole. With a little bit of a struggle, loosing the other bolts to their maximum and forcing the bolt on a slight angle I was able to start the bolt and finish it with the socket wrench. All in all I like the service and part.

Unbelievable service
The ad said that the part would arrive in two to three days. It arrived in two days! I had some problems doing the repair. I ended up using a part from a different vendor, but it was not the fault of 1A Auto. Their part was fine. Nonetheless, 1A Auto allowed me to return the part! You know who I am going to buy my next part from!

The window regulator fit perfectly and matched up with the existing part bolt hole for bolt hole. Much better than paying full price at Honda.

You Can Do It Yourself...Honestly!
I am very happy with the regulator I purchased from 1A Auto. The part came shipped in perfect condition, and it shipped quickly! The price is very good @$60 {10/2017}, especially considering how easy this is to install. A repair shop would charge you at least a couple hundred dollars or more. If youre only replacing the regulator all you need are a few tools you probably have laying around, 1.5hr of time approx. and this part. 1A Auto goes above and beyond customer service by providing step by step videos that explain the process in great detail. You will want to have your laptop/tablet/phone with you while you do the repair to make this a quick easy install. Youll be amazed how easy it is to repair your window. I am appreciative of how user friendly their website is & how service oriented it is by providing high quality videos to assist you. Thank you 1A Auto for giving me the confidence to fix my Pilot and for helping me save my money $$$ while doing it.

Perfect instructions and turned out to be kind of fun! Took about 45 mins. Was quoted $340 at an auto shop, so this was totally worth it.

2006 Honda Pilot - rr window regularto
After watching a video on You Tube - I thought this looks doable - dealer wanted over $300 to replace unit. Following the video it was amazing how easy and I was finished in less than an hour...that included start/stopping the video as I did each step! If you want to save money AND time DIY! Great product, price and procedure!
