Alternator installation
Thought your video was good. You should tell the customers in your video that a serpentine tool should be used to reinstall the serpentine belt.

Exact match as stated.
Upon reviewing the YouTube video it is important to make note that although the video advises to move the fuse block so the bottom bolt of the alternator can be extracted. In actuality you must also remove the fuse block mounting bracket as the bolt can not be extracted unless doing so. I used an off set 12mm to remove the 2 bolts and then the bracket it self and once the bracket was out of the way the alternator bolt easily came out and I was able to replace it. One last word of advise, it might be a wise investment to purchase a long 14mm wrench in order to take the pressure off of the tensioner pulley. I used a short wrench which is all I had with another long wrench over the end to give me additional leverage and quickly found out it was no easy task. Having a second set of hands to get the belt back on is the best advise I can offer as it was very difficult to get back on. In the end it all worked out and the battery light was no longer on. Car has been running perfect for almost 2 weeks.

Part great, Video helpful.
Part came in early. Working well. Video was helpful, but definitely not as easy as shown. Serpentine belt wrench is the way to go to create enough slack from the tension. Needed another set of hands to get belt over alternator. Overall, done in under an hour. Not bad for first time. Thanks, 1A.

2005 Nissan alternator replacement
As usual, 1aauto has the best in class prices and the installation videos are above and beyond. Thanks to 1aauto, I might be able to pay for my kid's college instead of paying a mechanic for repairs.
Thank you 1aauto!!.

Bad
Alternator makes a lot of noise when a.c. is on and almost loses power to the point where the car almost turns off

Great price, but had a broken part
The alternator from 1AAuto was a great deal, and arrived quickly. We were able to install it ourselves until we realized that the new plastic piece that is part of the electrical output system was broken into pieces. We had to use the old alternator's piece which caused us to blow the main fuse, and a mechanic had to help us to figure out how to adapt the old piece to the new alternator.
