Im very happy with this kit, all the parts are there. Great value & fast shipping. It could have been packaged a little better, some of the parts are heavy and ate thru the box. Other than that, very happy.

I noticed my suspension on my 2002 Ford Explorer XLS was squeaky, creaking, and that the ball joints were worn. This all in one kit had everything I needed for a DIY front suspension rebuild for the best price I saw out there. After renting the right tooling for pressing the lower ball joints into the frame, everything from there on out was a breeze. The vids posted by 1A on YouTube greatly helped as well. Once everything was installed, the squeaking and creaking stopped. After an alignment, the Explorer drives like new again.

Everything that the website supplied as far as parts and timeliness and shipping everything was great. My only problems with this transaction was simply the poor delivery and handling of my purchase products by the UPS employees. My box was so heavily damaged and covered in so much tape it was ridiculous. I feel sorry for both components. Upon opening everything was in good condition except for one ball joint plastic cover was broke but the ball joint itself was in great condition.

For the most part everything fits well. Tie rods are about 1/8 in longer than OEM but would recommend and alignment no matter what. Then steam on the lower ball joint is a little longer but that should no matter.

Are the upper and lower ball joints or outer tie rod ends greaseable or do you sell an upgrade to this kit with greaseable ball joints and tie rod ends?

These parts are sealed and are not greaseable. We do not carry a kit that are greaseable at this time, unfortunately.
