  1. step : Removing the Door Panel (0:43)
    • Pry off the mirror base trim piece with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Remove the trim covers on the back of the door panel by prying out the center
    • Remove the two trim pieces underneath the door pull
    • Remove the two Phillips screws on the back of the door panel
    • Remove the two Phillips screws on the bottom of the door panel
    • Remove the two Phillips screws on the side of the door panel
    • Remove the two Phillips screws underneath the door pull
    • Remove the Phillips screw in the door handle
    • Remove the door handle bezel
    • Pry out the door panel with a door panel clip tool or putty knife
    • Lift the door panel up and off
    • Disconnect the two wiring harnesses from the switch panel
    • Disconnect the courtesy light wiring harness
    • Carefully peel off the water shield with a razor blade or utility knife
  2. step : Removing the Window Motor (3:43)
    • Disconnect the window motor wiring lead
    • Remove the three 10mm nuts from the window motor
    • Remove the window motor
  3. step : Installing the Window Motor (4:10)
    • Insert the window motor into place
    • Insert the three 10mm bolts to the window motor
    • Connect the window motor wiring lead
  4. step : Reinstalling the Door Panel (4:50)
    • Put the water shield into place
    • Connect the two wiring harnesses from the switch panel
    • Connect the courtesy light wiring harness
    • Lift the door panel into place
    • Push in the door panel clips
    • Insert the two trim pieces underneath the door pull
    • Insert the two Phillips screws on the back of the door panel
    • Insert the two Phillips screws on the bottom of the door panel
    • Insert the two Phillips screws on the side of the door panel
    • Insert the two Phillips screws underneath the door pull
    • Insert the Phillips screw in the door handle
    • Push on the door handle bezel
    • Push on the trim pieces underneath the door pull
    • Push on the trim pieces on the back of the door

When it arrived, it didn't make a diffrence.
I took a bit to get the right part, "Sometimes in certain applications you actually need the opposite window motor for the power window you are trying to fix." Once the correct part arrived and was installed, it didn't fix the problem. I haven't figured out why now three of the window are not working.
